Her career includes serving as Market President for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group, where she led new-construction sales initiatives, supported high-performing teams, and strengthened brand presence across multiple markets. She later expanded her leadership scope by overseeing a multi-state property management division, managing teams of property managers and driving operational excellence at scale.

Susan also served as Director of Sales at Caliber Realty, where she specialized in operations—optimizing systems, workflows, reporting, and client service delivery. In this broader operational role, she additionally supported relocation services, ensuring smooth and efficient transitions for clients moving into or across Texas markets.

Earlier in her career, Susan served as Event Coordinator for The Link-Up.orga national organization supporting veterans’ transition to civilian life. This experience gives Susan a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by military personnel and veterans, enabling her to provide specialized guidance, personalized support, and seamless real estate transitions for clients with military backgrounds.
