Melaney’s focus is finding the home of your dreams, and as a proud resident of Rockwall she fully understands and values the lifestyle clients are looking for locally. For the past two years, she was chosen by fellow agents for Regal’s “Make It Happen Award” and is thrilled to be working for Rockwall’s longest-standing and largest independently owned real estate firm.

Prior to discovering her passion for real estate, Melaney built a 12-year career in sports marketing where she focused on understanding and fulfilling her client’s every priority and need. She earned her Business Degree from Sterling College in Sterling, Kansas while garnering all-conference honors as a member of Sterling’s basketball team. Later she would earn her M.Ed. in Sports Administration from Wichita State University. While she enjoyed her upbringing in Kansas, she is delighted to now call Rockwall home.

When she’s not working, Melaney is taking care of her triplets, and is an active member of the Rockwall community. She was just named Vice President for Aspasians, a philanthropic group of women who raise scholarship money for local high school students to attend college. Melaney is married to professional golfer Edward Loar, who grew up in The Shores.
