About Tommy Toney

He has been in the residential real estate business for 15 years. Prior to real estate, he owned and operated a lawn, landscape, irrigation, and beautiful green lawn business from 1996 to 2007. He earned Rookie of the Year in 2009 with Coldwell Banker Apex and also won the Founder's Award, which is given to one agent in the company (over 400 agents at the time) who embodies professionalism and ethics as a real estate agent.

He has been both a top producer and a middle-of-the-pack producer with the talent to teach and train newer agents. He feels he would be a great fit for a company looking for a positive, upbeat culture type. He is not looking to switch brokerages for real estate. With all due respect, he requests that brokers pass on him if they are recruiting, as he is happy with his current firm and does not plan on moving. After spending many years in the industry, he is seeking a new challenge beyond real estate. He looks forward to speaking with potential opportunities and appreciates the time and consideration.
