Chris Knox is a native of Dallas and was raised in the White Rock Lake area, graduating in 1991 from Woodrow Wilson High School. He is a former member of the Texas A&M Corp of Cadets and a proud Class of 1995 graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station. Chris has deep ties to Texas. His family roots here qualify him for membership as a Son of the Republic of Texas; men of good moral character who are direct descendants of loyal resident citizens of Texas prior to her merger with the United States of America on February 19, 1846. A proud Texan and horseman, Chris also serves as a Captain in the Rockwall County Sheriff’s Posse – a mounted equestrian unit founded in 1991.
Soon after college, Chris started investing in real estate with the purchase of a duplex in Dallas. Since then, Chris has acquired, renovated, managed and sold investment properties ranging from a 100 year old home in the Munger Place Historic District to single family rental homes in Rockwall. Chris is no stranger to the Regal Realtors family and feels an obligation to fill big shoes and uphold the reputation of his beloved late mother-in-law Cissi Scott. Cissi was a member of the Regal family from 1991 to 2020 and Rockwall real estate royalty.
Chris and his wife Jenni, a Rockwall High School grad, have lived in the Rockwall area since 2005 and are raising three wonderful children. Soon after moving to Heath, the couple became immediately entrenched in the Rockwall-Heath community with their children attending school in Rockwall ISD and as active members of the First United Methodist Church of Rockwall. Chris is a member of the East Trinity Masonic Lodge #157 and enjoys lending his talents to local community clubs and groups like the Rockwall Rotary Club, Rockwall County Helping Hands and local political campaigns.
As an independent auto dealer for 25 years, Chris has built a reputation as someone you can trust. His repeat clients appreciate his ability to make transactions as smooth and painless as possible. Just as in the car business, no matter what you have to buy or sell, the goal is to make the real estate transaction as seamless as possible.
