About Justin Holland

Justin Holland is a second-generation real estate broker specializing in homes, buildings, and land. A proud Rockwall native and graduate of Rockwall High School, Justin grew up immersed in the real estate industry, working alongside his father, Lance Holland, who co-founded Regal Realtors in 1991. Starting as a sign, flyer, and key-box runner at the age of 15, Justin officially joined Regal Realtors in 2006, became co-owner in 2014, and has since expanded his career as a licensed broker in both Texas (2016) and Florida (2021).

Justin holds a Master of Science in Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Tech University, where he met his wife, Neely. Married since 2008, Justin and Neely reside in Heath, Texas, with their two daughters, who attend Rockwall schools. The family are members of Lakepointe Church.

In addition to his real estate career, Justin served his community as the State Representative for Texas House District 33 from 2017 to 2025. He also served as the Chair of the Texas Sunset Advisory Commission, from 2023 to 2024. During his time in public service, Justin worked on issues such as deregulated energy/electricity, construction law, conservation, and the opioid crisis. Prior to the Texas Legislature, he served as a Heath City Councilman from 2011 to 2016. Justin continues to advocate for policy issues he is passionate about and is a Senior Advisor to the The Texas Transmission Project (TTP) — a non-partisan organization of local, state, and national stakeholders dedicated to addressing the challenges of insufficient and aging transmission infrastructure in Texas, aiming to create a more efficient, reliable, and cost-effective power system for Texas consumers. 

Outside of work and public service, Justin enjoys fishing trips with Neely, bird hunting, playing golf, and spending time on Florida’s 30-A Emerald Coast with family and friends. The Hollands share their home with their black Labrador, Bo.
