About Anna Wagers

Anna grew up between South Texas and Charlottesville, Virginia, where the blend of southern warmth and small-town charm shaped the way she connects with people and approaches her work today.

She began her career in real estate working in residential escrow in Solana Beach in 2008 and later earned her real estate license in New York City in 2013. Those early experiences gave her a deep appreciation for the industry and the many ways it impacts people’s lives.

Anna’s career then transitioned into healthcare administration, where she spent 13 years in leadership roles such as Director of Operations and Regional Manager in maxillofacial and oral surgery for top trauma surgeons on both the East and West Coasts. During that time, she led teams, streamlined operations, and built a reputation for dedication, integrity, and a true commitment to helping others.

Today, Anna brings that same people-first approach and attention to detail to her real estate clients. Although she has traveled extensively, she’s a homebody at heart and values the joy a home brings — from family gatherings and holidays to decorating, entertaining, and creating a space that feels like peace.

Her goal is to help clients find a home that feels just as meaningful, welcoming, and perfectly theirs.
