About Jen Moran

Jen Moran has been involved in real estate since 2011 as a homeowner, investor, and licensed Realtor. Her investment experience includes both single-family homes and multifamily properties, giving her firsthand insight into the many different types of real estate transactions and the unique considerations that come with each.

Jen’s hands-on experience includes purchasing and managing investment properties, overseeing renovations ranging from foundation repairs and roofing to complete remodels, and personally screening and leasing properties to tenants. This practical experience gives Jen a unique perspective on the many moving parts involved in buying, selling, and investing in real estate.

Before entering real estate, Jen spent 17 years in high-acuity nursing, where she demonstrated a strong commitment to integrity, attention to detail, and advocating for others. These same qualities translate into her real estate career as she guides her clients through every step of the process, communicates clearly, navigates complex situations, and always keeps their best interests at the forefront.

Outside of real estate, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and their two rescue dogs. As a family, they love to travel, ski, garden, and—of course—look at real estate!
