About Tiffany Grubbs

After more than 12 years in education, Tiffany found a passion for real estate, where she continues doing what she loves most: helping people through some of life’s biggest milestones. Her background as an educator strengthened her ability to listen, communicate, and guide clients with patience, integrity, and genuine care.

Family is at the heart of everything she does. She is happily married to her husband, who proudly serves in law enforcement, and together they own and operate Blue Line Spray Foam Insulation Services, LLC. They have three wonderful children and one amazing grandson who keeps life full of joy.

Outside of real estate, she loves everything summer has to offer, especially beautiful sunsets, traveling, shopping, and creating lasting memories with family and friends. The Fourth of July is her favorite holiday, and she also enjoys coaching her daughter’s cheer team, where she encourages confidence, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
