About Liz Figueroa

Liz has spent her entire life in the DFW area, currently residing in Rockwall, Texas, as well as over 20 years in the property management sector, performing functions in multiple aspects of the real estate industry and overseeing properties within the multi-family apartment industry.

 

Liz is an expert at providing exceptional customer service to clients and has also served as a real estate agent since 2002 while working in multi family, prior to recently becoming a full-time agent and joining Regal.

 

Liz’s extensive background in property management and business is a huge asset to Regal and her clients, as she has unbelievable business acumen, familiarity with contracts and negotiations and with all aspects of real estate transactions. Her clients love Liz’ thoroughness and friendliness when working with her to sell their property or find their dream home.

 

Through her management, sales work, and business dealings, she has come to understand the importance of providing customers with exactly what they need, building strong relationships and the importance of continuous communication and prompt service. Liz enjoys getting to know her clients on a deeper level while serving their real estate needs and helping them find their next adventure!

 

In her spare time, Liz enjoys painting on canvas and restoring old furniture! She also enjoys cooking for her family.
